Fear The Falling

I wrote this song last weeek. And I finished the lyrics a few days ago. I like it. :]

Fear the Falling

Another day, another break
I like the fact that you’re only a message away

So I’ll sit down and think of you
Tell me lovely, what you’re going through

So I’m pouring myself onto your page
I sincerely hope that you’re listening

Is this breathtakingly sad?
Or is it you that’s stopped my breathing?
If it is, don’t go
I love the way you’ve got me feeling

So tell me, tell me love
What are you feeling?
Tell me, I’m asking
What keeps your heart beating?

Because you are starting to be
What pumps the blood through my veins
You’re starting to take a hold of me

Pictures of you flash through
I see your face
And it passes my time

Another day, another life saved
I’m hating the fact that you’re only a message away

So I’ll sit down and dream of you
Tell me lovely, will I see you soon?

I’m still pouring myself onto your page
I sincerely hope you aren’t listening
Maybe someday, this intensity will fade

So tell me, tell me love
What are you feeling?
Tell me, I’m asking
What keeps your heart beating?

Because you are starting to be
What pumps the blood through my veins
You’re starting to take a hold of me
Soon you’ll have all of me

So tell me, tell me love
What are you feeling?
I’m dying to know
What you’re seeing
Tell me, I’m asking
What keeps your heart beating?

It Hurts In My Chest

So, I’ve been pretty depressed, for more than one reason. But I’ve gotten over that for the most part. These lyrics pretty much just say what I felt like (and still kind of do) Well, they explain HALF of my sadness. There is this whole other bit with a friend of mine. But anyway … Here we go:

 Nobody said it was easy
It’s such a shame for us to part
Nobody said it was easy
No one ever said it would be this hard
Take me back to the start
-Coldplay

Stay with me, this is what I need, please? This heart, it beats, beats for only you (Please don’t go now, please don’t fade away)
My heart, my heart is yours
(Please don’t go now, please don’t fade away)

I got a lot to say to you
Yeah, I got a lot to say
 I guess I’m dreaming again
Let’s be more than this
If you want to play it like a game
Come on, come on let’s play
‘Cause I’d rather waste my life pretending than have to forget you for one whole minute
-Paramore

Is it too late to remind you how we were?
But not our last days of silent screaming blur.

Somehow everything I own, smells of you
And for the tiniest moment it’s all not true.
-Snow Patrol

Friday Night Is For Deciding

*Sigh* This fits me right now. I’m emo, so what?

“Baby, You Wouldn’t Last A Minute On The Creek” by Chiodos

Let’s just stop,
drop everything,
(forget each other’s names) forget each other’s names,
And just walk away.

Turn around and head in different directions,
Like we never, it’s like we never knew each other at all.
We said what we feel, then we stop ourselves,
And just walk away.
Never looking back,
Loving every second of it,
we just walk away.

This is probably the best,
not to mention the worst idea,
that I have ever had.

Ignoring what we’ve felt,
Overlooking what we’ve done,
No awkward silences, no hiding any truths
Ignoring what we’ve felt,
Overlooking what we’ve done,
What do you say?

This is probably the best,
not to mention the worst idea,
that I have ever had.

We say what we feel,
Then we stop ourselves,
And just walk away.
Never looking back,
Loving every second of it,
We just walk away.

Let’s just stop,
Drop everything,
Forget each other’s names,
Can we please just walk away?
It could be…It could be…
Like we never knew each other at all.

Answer me!
All egos aside, what do you say?
All egos aside, what do you say?

Ignoring what we’ve felt,
Overlooking what we’ve done,
No awkward silences, no hiding any truths
Ignoring what we’ve felt,
Overlooking what we’ve done,
What do you say?

We say what we feel,
Then we stop ourselves,
And just walk away.
Never looking back,
Loving every second of it,
We just walk away.

Sun

As some of you may know, I love South of Nowhere. I’m very umm… attached to the show. Very emotionally invested. And this song, is pretty much beginning of season 3 Ashley talking to Spencer. *Sigh* <3

I’m desperate to know how you are
I hope you’re deep asleep
I’ve been awake for days
Trying to study ever inch of your body

And in this picture,
From a distant state
But I can safely say,
Nothing in this book can tell me tell me anyway
But I can dream you disappeared without a sound, without a trace…

Sleep well darling,
Wherever you are, I hope that you’re happy tonight
And maybe you found someone that will love you right
Sleep well darling
I’m desperate to say now I need you more than ever
And all I can say is goodnight

This is for a girl back home
She tore down all my walls
Left me for all she knew
But I pushed it all away from me
And no no, even if I knew, even if I knew what to say to you
Its just too late to make you stay
I’m sick of fighting this broken fate

Someone else gets to tell you that you’re beautiful…

Sleep well darling,
Wherever you are, I hope that you’re happy tonight
And maybe you found someone that will love you right
Sleep well darling
I’m desperate to say now I need you more than ever
And all I can say is goodnight

Its the last thing I want, but its all that I got
Its the last thing I need but I still carry you in my heart, in my heart… (x2)

Sleep well darling,
Wherever you are, I hope that you’re happy tonight
And maybe you found someone that will love you right
Sleep well darling,
I’m desperate to say now I need you more than ever
And all I could say was goodnight
